tim@lonestarasset.com President 2002 until Present Identify and acquire development sites & Real Estate investment opportunities Orchestrate the financing and construction of "Medical Service Provider Facilities" in 46 States Previously: After earning a Bachelors from the University of Oklahoma in Finance and working with a corporate real estate broker, Craddock started and ran CCI Commercial Real Estate Services (1989 until 2000) in Oklahoma City as President and CEO where he focused on brokerage, leasing and management of commercial real estate portfolio. In 2000, Craddock moved to Dallas, TX where he served as Senior Vice President at Aurion Technologies. (2000 until 2002) Aurion was a leader in remote telemetry alarm and control devices for Oil & Gas Industry. Among Craddock's primary tasks as VP of corporate development was to identify small companies to be vertically integrated with Aurion and negotiate the acquisition. After serving for Aurion, Craddock moved his focus back to real estate and Lone Star AAA. ___________

david@lonestarasset.com Mr. Pitzer is an Professional Electrical Engineer with 25 years experience in electronics, software, firmware, controls, mechanical, industrial and systems engineering design. Instrumental in all aspects of technology design in multiple successful startup companies since 2000. Most recently Pitzer designed an building controls and automation system that was sold to a major industry leader. His well-rounded skill set as an engineer bring technical perspective to aspects of Lone Star Asset that help avoid pit-falls otherwise costly to endure. |
